Melissa A. Buttaro, PhD

Melissa A. Buttaro, PhD is a clinical neuropsychologist at The Miriam Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She performs neuropsychological evaluations of memory and other cognitive functions for patients referred to the Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Center and reviews results and recommendations with patients and their families. She completed her PhD at the University of Connecticut, her predoctoral internship at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, and her postdoctoral fellowship at Brown University.
