Selection is based upon your needs and preferences. Search results will first present, in alphabetical order, physicians employed or contracted with Brown University Health or its affiliates, followed by an alphabetical listing of physicians who are in Brown University Health’s network of affiliated providers. At the end of that initial list, you can access an alphabetical listing of community physicians with privileges at Brown University Health hospitals. All physicians in Find a Doctor have the opportunity to have a picture or video posted on the site. Neither the order of physicians, nor the presence or absence of a photo or video, in Find a Doctor is intended to reflect any preference, priority, or recommendation by Brown University Health. Find a Doctor search results are also not based on the volume or value of referrals to Brown University Health or its affiliates from any listed physician. George Pasquarello, DO, FAAO, CAQPM is board certified in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine. He is an assistant clinical professor of family medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Dr. Pasquarello provides osteopathic manipulative treatment of all types (not accepting new patients for osteopathic manipulative treatment at this time) and for all age groups; evaluation and conservative treatment of acute and chronic neuromusculoskeletal conditions such as injuries due to work, sports, trauma, and repetitive motion; and musculoskeletal ultrasound for the diagnosis of injuries. In addition, he administers fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided joint and spine injections, and platelet rich plasma injections for ligament and tendon injuries.
He received his doctor of osteopathy (DO) from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, and completed his residency at Brighton Medical Center. He was awarded a fellowship in the American Academy of Osteopathy in 2002.
