Lyndsey Garde, PharmD, BCACP, CDOE, provides clinical specialty pharmacy services at the Lifespan Specialty Pharmacy. She is the clinical/patient care coordinator for the specialty pharmacy, serving on the Clinical Advisory Committee, the Quality Management Committee, and the Medication Safety Workgroup. Garde coordinates orientation of new employees and pharmacy residents, and also precepts pharmacy residents.
