Addiction Medicine Social Worker

Juliette Holtzman, MSW, LICSW, LCDP, is a social worker with addiction medicine services at Lifespan. She specializes in mental health and addiction.

In addition to her role with patients, Holtzman is a co-facilitator as a social behavioral scientist to second year medical students with The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

With a master’s degree in social work from Simmons College, Holtzman is a licensed independent clinical social worker, a licensed chemical dependency professional, and a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor.

Previously, she worked as an individual therapist, specializing in addiction therapy within methadone clinics, community mental health agencies, and overseeing addiction intensive outpatient groups.
