Britt Ferland, MSN, RN, is the clinical research nurse supervisor for the pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine research department at Rhode Island Hospital. Ferland holds a master’s degree in nursing administration from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Babson College. She brings a passion for advancing healthcare through research and organizational efficiency. Ferland draws from a long background in business, entrepreneurship, medical-surgical and oncology nursing, nurse leadership and prior research work at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and St. Anne's Hospital.
