Sick visit appointments may take place in-person or through telehealth.
- Pediatric sick visits are available during and after office hours 365 days a year.
- Adult sick visits are available at our office (during office hours) or through Coastal365 (evenings, weekends and holidays). Note: Coastal365 is NOT a walk-in clinic, appointments are required.
About Our Practice
Our practice (formerly Jamestown Family Practice) provides comprehensive primary care services that support the health and wellness of our patients, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
Our team consists of clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced practitioners), medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, a clinical pharmacist, and a practice manager. Each member of your Coastal care team is committed to providing you with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment.
