Hands-Only CPR and Health Screenings

Join the Lifespan Community Health Institute at Newport’s Community Baby Shower for a free, non-certified CPR training along with blood glucose and blood pressure screenings on Saturday, May 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Claiborne Pell Elementary School.
At the event, you will learn:
- To perform hands-only CPR for adults, children, and infants.
- To use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
- To perform chest compressions.
- To help a choking victim.
This event is open to the public.
Spanish translation services will be available.
No registration is required.
