Food Is Medicine

Join the Lifespan Community Health Institute at the Leon Mathieu Senior Center for a four-week Food is Medicine course to sample dishes and learn how to prepare affordable and nutritious meals on a limited budget. Learn how to decrease your risk of obesity and related chronic diseases through food and diet changes. Upon completion, you will receive a Food Is Medicine recipe book and a bottle of extra virgin olive oil.
This class is free of charge to the community.

The classes will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays from August 5 through September 9, 2024.
