Health and Wellness Symposium

Join the Lifespan Community Health Institute at the Black Lives Matter of Rhode Island American Innovation Center between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 28. We will offer free blood pressure screenings, colorectal cancer screening information, and other health education materials and giveaways! Take the opportunity to speak with our community outreach specialist and community health worker about our programs and resources.
